Our History

2013
The business started when Building Blocks Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2013 and built a prefabricated wall panel factory that utilized technology developed in Singapore. The company successfully began supplying the Thai market and its wall panels were used in different projects, most commonly in the construction of condominiums.

Manufacturing Facility

The company conducts its research and development at its modern manufacturing facility in Pakchong, Nakorn Ratchasima, Thailand. The manufacturing compound is sited on 17,600 square meters of land.

The facility allows for the end-to-end completion of our manufacturing process. All raw materials are locally obtained with an emphasis on stringent raw materials quality control.

2020
The management team of the factory came under control of Mr. Yuthana Promsin, the new Managing Director. The management team realized that the use of fiber cement boards in the old wall panels was not optimal and sought to improve the panels to reduce potential defects in building construction.

They decided to abandon the old technology and replace the fiber cement boards in the product design.
